Paul is President of APiGroup International. APiGroup is a publicly traded diverse global family of 41 construction services businesses, focused primarily on Life Safety and Electronic Security. Paul is responsible for APiGroup’s operating companies outside of the US. Prior to APi, Paul was President of Grunau Company, which was acquired by APi in 2006. From 2011-2015, Paul was also COO of Health Payment Systems, a health care technology startup in which he was a founding investor. Paul graduated from Brown University in 1987 with a degree in economics and earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1990 with concentrations in finance and strategy.
