LRC CLIENT HOSPITALITY

Your Home Base During the Show

LRC Aviation Advisors will host two dedicated RV hospitality sites within the event campground, designed as a comfortable retreat from the activity and Florida heat. These sites will serve as a central gathering space for clients and guests throughout the week.

Comfort & Amenities

  • Air-conditioned interiors — a cool escape from the Florida heat
  • Private onboard restrooms available for guests
  • Stocked refrigerator with beverages
  • Food and refreshments throughout the day
  • Comfortable shaded outdoor seating away from heavy foot traffic
  • Generator-powered electricity (24-hour & 10 PM shutoff zones)

Getting Around

  • Two golf carts available for transportation between the campground and the main event grounds

Other Gathering Spots

In addition to our hospitality area, many clients also gather at:

  • The Sunset Grill — Open-air food & beverage near central event activity
  • Quiet Birdmen (QB Hut) — Private aviation hospitality with full bar and shaded seating
  • Retired United Pilots Association (RUPA) — (OX-5 Building) — Gathering location for retired United pilots with daily meals and strong attendance on Thursday (group photo day).
