Jaclyn Gruber
Jaclyn Gruber was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She attended Brown University, where she was recruited to play NCAA Division I Women’s Ice Hockey. She excelled in hockey and in the classroom. While at Brown, she also met her husband, Steve, a fellow student-athlete on the basketball team. Jaclyn graduated with a degree in Commerce, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship and began her career in investment banking in Providence, Rhode Island.
After relocating to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jaclyn joined Cleary Gull’s investment banking group before transitioning into wealth management, where she discovered her passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. She began working closely with Chuck Allison to help grow the firm’s Pilot Program, focused on serving commercial airline pilots and their families. As their work evolved, Jaclyn and Chuck sharpened their focus and deepened their specialization, ultimately co-founding LRC Aviation Advisors, a division of Oarsman Capital.
Today, Jaclyn and Chuck co-lead LRC Aviation Advisors. The LRC team specializes in holistic financial planning and investment management for commercial airline pilots and their families. Guided by a client-first philosophy emphasizing trust, communication, and thoughtful planning, Jaclyn and Chuck have helped hundreds of pilot families successfully navigate complex financial decisions and work towards their long-term goals.
Outside of her professional life, Jaclyn enjoys staying active through fitness and sports, traveling, and spending time with her family. A lifelong athlete, she brings discipline, preparation, teamwork, and balance to both her personal life and her work with clients. Jaclyn and Steve live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with their two amazing children.
